Hiếu's work philosophy is to create 'Excitement' & 'Excellence with heart' for the people he works with. He fulfills this by preparing 200%, giving 300% & always reflecting & improving as every collaboration is just the beginning.

Hiếu aspires to empower the underprivileged to become wholesome, ethical & impactful hospitality leaders of Vietnam & support United Nations's sustainable development goals 3, 4, 8, 11, and 12 with his own social enterprise; that consists of a hospitality institution & teaching restaurant as he advocates for meaningful education & quality work.
