- Chatbot:
+ Do desk research and have meeting with third party to define product concept and roadmap (which need aligning with whole project – CS tech – and other platform roadmap)
+ Compose template for data preparation process as well as procedure and checklist to keep track of cross-functional tasks
- CS Chat and Help Center Homepage: support to handle incidents and improve current flows

09/2021 - 02/2022: Facial Recognition Payment
- Do desk research and report to Business and Product Development Team about product concept
- Propose FRP flow to Development Teams (based on other current payment methods) and coordinate to get timeline from related teams (Dev, ITBA, QC)

03/2021 - 02/2022: Offline Payment
- Coordinate with Business Team, Data Analysis Team, do desk research and UT to design wireframe and compose roadmap for 2021 (3 quarters) and 2022.
- Work with Development Team to deliver sprint goals (typical features: enhance UX on scan QR screen/flow, improve UX when adding sources of fund to personal QR flow, …)
- Prepare ad-hoc, weekly, quarterly and end of year reports to Product Leads (which are presented at project meeting with other related teams and townhall meeting)

03/2021 - 06/2021: Multi-Bill Payment
- Coordinate Platform Team (Multi-Bill) with Service Team (Airline) to compose roadmap and UX/UI improvement for integration
- Collect requirements about key metrics and define dashboard details to monitor airline multi-bill payment flow (since released on May 2021)

09/2020 - 05/2021: Online Store
- Work with Product Lead and Development Team to manage composed backlog via 9 sprints (typical features: create and manage wish lists, set up regular products, upload and update batch of products)
- Onboard 3 merchants, including Heineken, Gas24h (integration required); run Tet campaign with Heineken and Coop (add new quantity restricted rules and develop pre-order feature) as Business Unit Team’s requests
