I specialize in guiding both adults and children on a transformative journey towards the pinnacle of human maturity.     CUSTOMER CONNECTION AND RELATIONSHIPS
    Developing and managing customer relationships with top management levels of Airlines, Private Jet Companies, Aviation Authorities, Aviation Schools, expat pilots in Vietnam and Global.
    Spotting key decision-makers in the customer organization and creating a comprehensive communication strategy.
    Fostering complete customer relationships by arranging frequent customer visits, engaging in activities and events, and facilitating management participation.
    Performing routine feedback sessions with clients, assessing customer contentment, pinpointing crucial matters related to customer relationships, and formulating solutions for the complete customer lifecycle.
    Hold a meeting with the Flight Operation Director or top managers of the Airlines/Operators to address and resolve any aviation issues related to the contracts.
    Travel to other regions in South-East Asia to develop customer relationships.
    CONTRACTS
    Autonomously managing coordination with all clients throughout the sales and fulfillment processes.
    Engaging in contract negotiations and preparing contracts (Pilot Recruitment, Ferry, ATO, Inspection) before submitting them to the Legal Team for the final review.
    Managing pilots’ contracts in Vietnam Market.
    STRATEGY & DEVELOPING MARKET
    Conducting analyses of the market, customers, and competition to determine growth potential. Supervising the formulation and execution of a unified customer strategy.
    Regularly participating in bids and crafting customer-centric proposals and contract drafts.
    INTERNAL
    Assisting in enhancing business outcomes through support for sales strategies and internal programs.
    Collaborating internally with other departments within Longreach Aviation Group including in marketing and customer events.
    Monitoring and reporting aviation commercial developments to the Australian Head Office Directors.

  • Flight Crew Operations

    CAE Parc Aviation

    Manage nearly 200 expat pilots in Vietnam and in South Korea. Addresses service issues between airlines and expat pilots by clarifying feedback, identifying the root cause, and promptly implementing the best solution for resolution, ensuring follow-up for effectiveness.
    Working with Legal Team to prepare the contracts for the airlines and pilots.
    Developing and managing customer relationships with important client stakeholders.
    Working on the payroll of pilots and sort it out all the issues related to Roster Pattern, Flight schedule, and upgrade of training to wider aircraft.
    Be a representative of all expat pilots to conduct a meeting with the CEO, manager and chief pilots of all Fleets of the airlines.
