My objectives within 1-3 years coming are to establish a transferable & excellent skillset and become a Management Trainee (in Sales function) in year 4 of University.
When participating in the Mentori community, I want to learn from the experience of the dedicated mentors and gain more insights into the Management trainee program + Doanh Nhân Tập Sự (Action Club - FTU2) or Ung vien tai nang (HRC - FTU) competition (+ AmCham Scholarship, if possible).
Therefore, I look forward to connecting with a mentor who has experience in the above areas and can assist me with the required skills & qualifications, especially leadership skills to prepare best for the MT program.
