SWorld Vietnam

My primary area of interests are youth development and education. After 6 months exchange program in Europe, which urges me to do something contributing to
Vietnamese student and youth development both skills and awareness, knowledge. I found my first organization as non-profit organization at the beginning. And
one of the biggest decisions I made is to change SWorld as a social enterprise specializes in skills development and social issues awareness for student and
youth by non-educational and experience-based learning method. And the following are what I do when running the company:
_ Management and strategy
+Manage all the activities of enterprise to ensure the sustainable development for short and long term
+Create business plan and strategy to reach the market and strengthen company development
+Coordinate and ensure the quality and quantity of projects and programs as Schedule
+Raise financial plan (long and short term) to ensure the company activities and check ordered, monitor finance for courses, programs.
_ Training and Planning
+Work with HR team to train, orient and encourage employees to improve understanding company culture and knowledge and skills related to the business
+Discuss, raise ideas and implement programs and Project (both business and social project related to youth development, SDGs education, environment,
culture exchange…) with team to meet the customer ‘requirement and reach the outcome
_ Partner management
+Create new relationship and keep the good relationship with shareholders, partners, schools…
+Open the new partnership opportunities with partners including local and international

Purchasing Manager

Graduating from English business major, I wanted to use what I learnt from University to feed my hungry life and dream. During working in this company, I spent all my free times to contribute on my organization – SWorld. Luckily, I absolutely could handle and arrange time for both. And, this chance had me gained necessary skills and knowledge how to run a business. During 2 years of working, I got the best purchasing manager in 2017 and contributed to the 200% increasing number of purchasing products compared to 2016.
- Management and planning and training
• Make purchasing plans to meet the company goals and business strategy
• Coordinate, negotiate international transactions and ensure progress to meet company’s requirement
• Encourage, train members in the team to improve knowledge about international machine trading market, logistic, risk management… to ensure the
transaction

- Partnership management
• Open new opportunities to cooperate as much as local and international partners
• Plan and implement oversea business trips to keep the good relationship and meet the company requirement
• Work with Embassy and Commercial Office to check the supplier’s reputation to reduce risky on international transaction

Youth Intern and Volunteer

EFM In Poland

The exchange program placed an important milestone for my youth, which drove me for a hug change. And the idea of my own project came from this great time. Working with another youth volunteers from many countries from Asia, Europe, America, Africa, I totally leant new things from them. After 1 months learning and training, I officially got the chance to lead big student group (around 70-80 students), which challenged me a lot and made me stronger. And the following are what I often do during the time I worked here:
