- On behalf of CEO to work and connect with the suppliers. During working at the company, I
connected and took care of 3 partners supplying 3 items of rice, coffee, cinnamon.
- Taking care of foreign buyers, B2B customers are mainly from West Asian countries
- Managing Marketing team: build brands and push customer data. On average, there are 40 B2B
customers per month.
- Supporting to manage general human resources of the company, connecting, quality controling,
and planning the work of other departments with CEO.

customs, specialized inspection due to the State's policy or local enforcement process, from which to propose solutions.
- Supporting for report: Report on administrative compliance cost assessment index 2021 (APCI
2021)
- Participating in: Research to innovate solutions and mechanisms or policies related to the goal "Supporting to reduce logistics costs for businesses”: Conduct research on the current situation of
logistics in Vietnam, especially the reality of logistics costs of enterprises, propose solutions to reduce logistics costs for enterprises.
- Other: developing a scenario framework for a dialogue between enterprises and State Agencies
on a number of issues: opening up Phu Quoc tourism; take note of meetings between businesses and State Agencies to find ways to safely open the economy in the ongoing pandemic period.

- Organize and support FIIS events.
- December 2019: Successfully organized the course “Accessing to international market
with 4.0 tools” with the instructor as Dr. Nguyen Thu Hang. The number of participants is 20 people.
- April 2020 - May 2020: Responsible for external relations, looking forsponsors, taking care of guests for the Z-perience program (5 talkshows).
