Joining ManpowerGroup Vietnam from 2019, Phuong Le was one of the top-performance Recruitment Consultants with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry from entry-level to executive-level for both multinational and local clients in various fields of industry and across many functions. Currently, Phuong Le is a Team Leader, focusing on Manufacturing and Engineering sectors, Permanent Recruitment & Executive Search.

During the previous work, remarkably, her management experience in procurement along with various projects from high-demanding clients brings her a wide range of useful knowledge and practical skills in customer service, project quality management, international communication and problem-solving. In such fast-paced and challenging environments, Phuong has gained her result-driven mindset and flexibility.

Typical projects (involved in): Vietnam National Assembly House, Deutsches Haus, Government Office, Military Hospital 108, Crowne Plaza Vientiane, FLC Vinh Thinh, Novotel Phu Quoc Resort, Intercontinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh, Artemis, Doji Tower, etc.
