With more than 7 years working in the human resources industry, I am to offer excellent customer service to clients and insightful advices to candidates. Prior to joining Navigos Search, I had 3 years working as a HR and Admin specialist, responsible for recruiting a variety of positions for an insurance company. Doing both internal and external HR, I have a strong background in talent development, talent acquisition and training.
At Navigos Search, as a recruitment consultant, I cover senior to mid-management levels search for companies operating in Oil & Gas, Energy & Heavy Industry, and other sectors for different positions within the organization such as Legal Advisers, Team leaders, and SA managers. I focus on creating a better understanding between potential employers and employees along the recruitment journey to bridge the gap of expectations and ensure long-term placement. Ambitious, responsible, and result-oriented, I am able to represent clients in identifying and attracting the best talents in the market. I am working with a big team of professionals to build an extensive network and bring recruitment consultancy to the next level.

I - HR duties:
• Use recruiting tools such as vietnamworks.com website, headhunting service, internal source.
• Scan and organize interview with potential candidate.
• Conduct the reference checking.
• Search for other recruiting sources: come to universities to introduce about companies and offer the job opportunities.
• Maintain good relationship with recruiting service providers.
• Hold orientation class for new comers.
• Support to organize the training class for employee.
• Organize the internal activities such as: monthly birthday parties, Christmas event, Teambuilding, etc…
• Manage the reference books (LOMA materials) of company as a librarian.
• Update the employee attendance data into the working record table.
• Update and manage the working shift of employees.
• Update the employee profile and other changes.
• Be in charge of HRIS system maintenance and update.
• Be in charge of personal tax code registration and bank account opening.
• Update Legal Compliance Notebook of department in accordance with the changes of Labor law.
• Update and manage the Personnel Policy and Internal Regulation in accordance with the changes of Labor law.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly prepare and submit the report the Department Head and mother company.

1 Receptionist: from 2013 August
