    Collections Operation Support Manager

    ✓Develop and motivate Collections performance by providing Collections Call Model training/ Customer Engagement Model training (Certificate of Certified Trainer required)/ ensuring collection call quality/ monitoring the implementation and execution of Management Coaching and Operating System under Group Target Operating Model (TOM);
    ✓ Monitor and develop collection strategies in consultation with ASP Collections and provide feedback on portfolio performance. Establish and maintain a close working relationship with ASP Collections in sharing best practices in the region and propose necessary recommendations based on market and economic conditions relating to Bank’s credit policy, sales strategy;
    ✓ Implement and develop Risk & Control activities including risk identification & review for effective & adequate controls, constantly monitoring those controls for timely remediation if any;
    ✓ Oversight all regular and adhoc MI reports. Monitor delinquent portfolio & analyse the trend as well as identify the opportunity to improve collection performance;
    ✓ Monitor system execution and enhancement. Provide expert advice relating to system in coordination with ASP Collection team for effective operation;
    ✓ Support DCAs (Debt Collection Agency) management. Monitor performance and ensure quality of DCAs;
    ✓ Manage customer complaints and coordinate with related parties to resolve all complaints in timely manner with the solution that suits customers. Monitor the trend and analyse the nature of complaints to recommend changes where necessary;
    ✓ Forecast and manage Collections capacity;
    ✓ Manage daily operational, administrative and support functions for the Collections team;

    ✓ Manage and develop operation support team.
