    Training phase (Apr 2022 – Jun 2022):
    • Overcame 1,000+ candidates to become one of 25 marketing trainees (of 115 trainees overall).
    • Joined extensive training sessions on a variety of fields (product marketing, sales management, brand & communications management...) in Viettel's key pillars (telecommunications, B2B & B2C digital services, logistics, high-tech industry...).
    • Dedicated in a one-month game case study: did fundamental research and conducted qualitative interviews with gamers to gain data and insights; built a marketing strategy, a marketing plan and a budget plan for an MMORPG swordplay game.

    Internship phase (Jul 2022 – Nov 2022):
    • Joined intenship phase at Game Publishing Department of Viettel Media.
    • Understood key metrics in measuring game performance (DAU, NRU, ARPU…).
    • Created campaigns on owned media channels (Tiin.vn, Mocha, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, SMS).
    • Created social media advertisements (Facebook, AdMob, TikTok).
    • Managed fanpage (Badlanders - Viettel Media – 45.1K followers by Nov 2022): organized contents, translated articles from global fanpage, edited photos using Photoshop.

    • Became Viettel's Talent Ambassador (Top 30 trainees with the best performance) in the 1st phase
    • One of 10 marketing trainees (of 70 trainees overall) selected for the 2nd phase.
    • One of 5 marketing trainees (of 40 trainees overall) signed as Viettel's official employees.

  • Case Team Assistant

    Roland Berger

    • Read research papers and reports to get an overview of the non-alcoholic beverages market in Vietnam.
    • Found contacts and conducted on-the-ground interviews with non-alcoholic beverage distributors and wholesalers in Hanoi to understand their business and their insights in the market.
    • Audited and used Excel formulas to calculate average price of non-alcoholic beverage products in retailers including grocery stores, restaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets in Hanoi.
    • Collected and analyzed data about purity level of coolers in Hanoi.

    • Coordinated with other departments in the issues related to the event.
    • Supported the Organizing Board and enterprises to increase engagement through communication after the event.

  • Enactus Foreign Trade University Hanoi Campus

    Media and Communications Department

    • Worked with a team of 8 members in 2 subcommittees (content & design).
    • Member of design subcommittee: built monthly communication plans; built ideas and designed daily pictures and media publications (avatar, cover, banner).
    • Managed fanpages: Enactus FTU Hanoi and Teen Entrepreneurship Bootcamp (23.9K followers by the end of 2020). Key metrics: 11K+ organic new followers in both pages in 21 months; averagely 3K organic reach per post.
    • Participated in almost all activities, including and 2 main social projects (Teen Entrepreneurship Bootcamp, Colors Dance) and 2 internal events (recruitment, annual anniversary).
    • Trained the whole organizaion’s members in using Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustration, Lightroom).

    Core Team

    A non-profit project with the aim to support the development and community integration of autistic children through creative practice activities.

    Main responsibilities:
    • Created therapeutic activities and games (drawing, dancing/moving, shaping,...).
    • Led a group of 12 autistic children in joining the activities.

  • Teen Entrepreneurship Bootcamp

    Communication Executive

    A workshop series that aims to equip high school students with early career orientation, self-awareness, mentorship with the sense of social issues, and business mindset to meet future requirements of the job market.

    Main responsibilities:
    • Built a media planning strategy in both online and offline activities.
    • Supported a group of 7 students in making a business project.

    Key achievements: 160/150 students registered to the camp; 36/40 students participated in at least 80% of the activities during the camp.

  • Vietnam Museum of Ethnology

    Media and Communications Volunteer

    • Developed ideas and designed media publications (avatar, cover, leaflet) for the Tet program "Enjoying the New Year of Pig 2019: Bac Giang culture specialities" on the official Facebook page of Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.
    • Coordinated with the volunteer team to survey and collect visitor feedbacks about the activities and folk games during the program.

    Key achievement: 60/50 feedbacks from visitors in 3 days.
