I want to be Sales Director of Multinational Company within next 10 years. In order to reach this objective, I would like to start my career at lowest level of Commercial Department for the 1st year to learn and practice fundamental skills & knowledge. Next year, I want to be appointed to Sales Supervisor. Then, within 2 years later, I will be confidence to take Sales Manager position. Once I reach and pass this position, I will seek for opportunity to rotate myself to other functions to learn and practice the skills which is necessary for business management. In 2026, I believe I myself will be confidence to responsible for Sales Director position.

• Address the capability development requirements for more than 1000 BDs of each level, by priority, through organizing the relevant training
• Building E-Learning for technical skills to help newbies actively learn while onboarding
• Coordinate with Learning and Development in order to conduct TNA in the sales department, analyze individual development demand and business requirements to build the training and coaching roadmap
• Build connection between BD and other departments through events, talk shows, visit tours, etc.

• Plan & oversee business development efforts for OYO in Ho Chi Minh and Nha Trang City with a goal to on-board high-quality budget hotels on to OYO network
• Identify new hotels that meet OYO standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc. and pitch OYO’s partnership proposal
• Negotiate OYO’s commercial agreement with interested hotels and sign-up rooms
