    Employer Branding Lead


    Develop and deliver innovative and effective Employer Branding (EB) strategies and action plans to promote NovaGroup as an employer choice through social media, prints and other communication formats.
    - Plan and implement an employer branding and recruitment marketing strategy
    - Establish, maintain, and instill a consistent corporate branding presence using the Corporate Branding Guidelines
