With rotation in both Supply Chain and Manufacturing, I had chances to lead and engage in a wide range of activities and projects in sustainability, digitalization, and operational excellence to form a diverse experience with a steep learning curve.

Notable Achievements:
1. Led the cross-border project between Nestle VN & TH to deliver 3.5 bio VND ~ 125000 USD in savings by eliminating DongNai Factory rental WH & CCU improvement.
2. Led Sustainability Project at DNF to 1st time remove stretch film for materials, result in 2 tons of plastic reduction & gain savings 125 mio ~ 7000 CHF annually.
3. Increase WH capacity by 5% & standardize material planning methods for MRP at DNF.
