An on-demand delivery platform, aka Uber for delivering things, helps transfer instantly or within a couple of hours tens of thousand of packages everyday from visionary shop owners of all scale and cross-category - who take advantage of online channels to build brand and sell products effectively - to happy customers in dynamic cities of Vietnam.
Now is at early high growth stage, passing the valley of death and reaching out to critical mass merchants. AhaMove proudly brings significant extra income to more than 50K freelance drivers monthly by the end of 2018.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
+ Grow main Motobike delivery services ~17x within 3 years 2016-2018
+ Lead Aha grow sustainablly from financial perspective gradually under high perssure by big competitors Grab, GoViet, and LalaMove. Four months after I left, company reached Break-even point, which remains month over month later till the end of 2019.
+ Turn AhaMove one of the most respectful and dynamic Tech startup companies in Vietnam through cultural values and foundation that I built.
+ (As a part of the holding Scommerce BOM team) successfully raised fund from PE fund at the amount of $30mil in 2018 to fund for accelerating GHN and AhaMove' growth engines

Together with AhaMove and iPOS, we at Lala food delivery arm formed an alliance to jump into an adventurous journey unleashing our potentials (Merchant network and system, eLogistics capacity @AhaMove, tech capability, and data mined on user behavior).

Growing Lala platform in highly competitive landscape (with Now, GrabFood, Go-Viet, etc ) from Zero to Tens of thousands delivery points per day within less than a year before stopping the service.

LESSONS LEARNT:
+ It needs an alliance to kickstart a potential high growth venture; and, it requires more luck to be the champion
+ Follow the trend, yet sticking to the core and develop from that point
+ Know matter what you do, be the one who hold in hand the "new oil" - data
+ Be courageous to find growth pathway. Just don't stop chasing the dream.

1. Lead cross-sector business team to:
- Build and optimize the operational system, especially in connecting with strategic supplier Vinmart and logistics partner VinExpress.
- Initiate, iterate and improve Adayroi's Minimum Viable Product, both front-end and back-end.
2. Build tentative Online Grocery marketing campaigns targeting potential customer segments.
3. Support Adayroi's marketing team to initiate internal marketing campaigns.

OlymSearch.com

The comparison search engine Olymsearch is tailored to searching for tech gadgets and electronic devices in Vietnam at early stage. The idea was hatched by me and two other co-founders early 2014, was invested by accelerator Vietnam Silicon Valley (VSV) in June 2014, and turned to a corporate in July 2014. Olymsearch is still under product-market fit phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Set strategy, targeting early market of electronic devices and equipment for Vietnamese market
2. Lead co-founding team to raise fund from VSV and other potential investors
3. Build essential product features that creates Olymsearch’s unique value propositions
4. Build community around Olymsearch and test growth hacking solutions to approach potential customers

LESSONS LEARNED
+ Watch out for the right time to right market
+ Get invested doesn't mean leaping over the trough of sorrow
+ if failed, fail fast & cheap

It has received investment from the State & Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation for technical and physical bases such as a model testing basin, laboratories, informatic soft-ware and and technological equipments, etc

• Planned, organized, and executed aspects of consulting and brand identity of PEC; negotiated successfully two consulting contracts with a total value of approximately 30,000 USD
• Took part in consulting project of building new Brand Identity for Information & Communication Publishing House (IC Publisher), accomplished with new brand name, logo, and promotional system.
