- Work cross-functionally with other product teams, engineering, architecture, operations, QA, and other areas.
- Translate the business requirements into product backlog. Determine the priority of works, pick and assign tasks to developments by providing User Stories.
- Input wireframe, UX for product UI design and completed technical requirements.
- Define key metrics to monitoring system performance, collect data for making decision.
- Host SCRUM Teams to develop products.
- Stakeholders alignment. Define product strategy, product roadmap, product OKR/SLA/KPI.
- Participate in business strategy meetings with BOD, cross-team.

Sr. Business Analyst

CJ Olivenetworks, CJ GROUP

- Collab with clients, Korean Managers to apply supply chain solution to CJ Companies in Vietnam (Food distributed).
- Lead small team to maintain, support client for using systems. Transfer business requirements to development team through User stories, UI design.
- Manage system changes, report to Korean Director, Headquarter.
- Analyst system change, manage change requirements from customer requests to delivery, monitoring.
- Corporate with the headquarter to conduct system, service quality audits.
- Project documents management, proposed product design (Wireframe, UX, Prototype).
KPI management.
- Inspect , consult supply chain solutions, provide system proposal to new customers.

Developer

Cyber Logitec Vietnam

- Join the development team to implement Shipping Management System.
- Customize, maintain Terminal operating system which apply to biggest sea port in the world: Long Beach, Seattle, Westport.
- Onsite working at Westport Malaysia for supporting clients.
- Understand process of Trucks in/out in Terminal yard, Load/discharge container from ships. Support clients for using Terminal Operating system.
