    Key responsibilities
    ➢ Management
    + Responsible for the performance of the HR-Admin department
    + Review results & make work plan for the department
    + Handling arising issues, ensuring the quality of the department
    + Advise BOD on issues related to labor relations, employee desires, questions and opinions of the departments
    ➢ Recruitment (50%)
    + Building from the beginning the process of hiring and evaluating candidates
    + Participate in evaluation interviews, give comments to the Board of Directors to select candidates suitable to the company's culture and orientation.
    + Connect, create networks with talent in the game field to find the most suitable candidates
    + Working with partners providing recruitment services
    = >> Achievement: Sucess with the recruitment target at the request from Manager, the average headcount is around 4-5 per month.

    + Directly promoting the Company's culture and activities on social media such as social networks, managing company websites ...

    ➢Event and activity (20%)
    + Plan to organize activities such as anniversary, teambuilding program...
    + Colablate with team/agency to set up, organize successful events to promote the company's cultural movement, connecting members.
    + Organize internal exchange activities such as game tournaments, football ...
    = >> Achievements: Gain experience of improvement, improve the quality of programs and activities, attract a large number of employees, the company's image is "broader" in the field.
    - Training (15%)
    + Researching and developing an internal training program for the company
    + Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, giving ideas to improve the quality of the training program
