- Developing and updating knowledge of client industries
- Updating and managing candidate database.
- Searching through network, short-listing, interviewing candidates based on requirement.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
- Doing the reference check to make sure the qualification and honesty of the candidate.
- Preparing resume and arrange the schedule interview for clients and candidates.
- Following up candidate and client closely
- Negotiating payment and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;

- Identifying suitable candidates quickly for client submission.
- Submitting complete profile to Team Leader within given time.
- Getting new updating or tips from seniors or higher position regarding tough requirements.
- Doing some project tasks such as: doing career market research, building customer database, etc.
- Other duties assigned by Team Leader and Sourcing Manager.
