I am a human capital consultant based in London with a strong academic background, having completed an master's degree in Organisational Behaviour from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Having lived and worked in different countries - Japan, Southeast Asia, UK, I am passionate about learning about how people behave, how different cultures intertwine. This enables me to better understand the people and help them unlock their potential.
Through my careers with Deloitte and Consistency, I have experience in delivering projects related to Agile Implementation, Organisation Design, Change Management, and Talent Development for multiple clients across the UK, Southeast Asia, and Japan. Additionally, I also have experience in providing careers consultation for students and experienced professionals through my work at UCL and Michael Page.
