Starting from Management Trainee 2020. Rotation in 4 functions in Supply Chain:
1. Procurement
2. Customer Supply Chain
3. Demand Supply Planning in role Supply Planner
4. Physical Logistics

Cooperate to understand, define process/operation that can be optimized and deliver at least projects each rotation. Strength is performed best in Procurement to deliver cost reduction - average 7% in each project with responsible sourcing and initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders to accelerate implementation, mitigate risks and manage supplier's performance.

1. Can show great courage & engagement especially addressing issues with supplier during tenure in Procurement team
2. Good learner & willing to work to challenge the status quote
