    Key strategic activity in 2021 to accelerate offtake at key stores in General Trade channel
    • In charge of overall planning and standardizing for Activation Model in 2021 in nationwide scope
    • Be accountable for key deliverables
    • Build End-to-end process and overall management for field forces & PG team to provide guidelines for perfect execution.
    • Transfer initiatives into action plans by collaborating with Trade Category Development and Perfect Store team for integrated plans
    • Collaborate with Procurement function for PG recruitment and manage monthly payroll for PG
    • Purchase and allocate gifts, POSMs for
    • Coordinate with cross-function (HR, Brand team, CCD, SO, etc) to holistically build and implement activation plan
    • Manage budget of 17 bln VND.

    ACE (Agile Commercial Execution) project is the biggest company's project with the aim of winning defined key focus markets through a new commercial model and initiatives to set foundation for our 3-year-plan.

    Scope of project: Nationwide with key focus areas (Hanoi, HCMC, Mekong, East). Took full responsibility from diagnostics to implementation phase with support from C-suite levels and high-level managers.

    1. Diagnostics phase: Deliver comprehensive diagnostics for nationwide following Bain (a consultant company) model based on facts & figures and market insights.
    2. Implementation phase:
    • Took lead and be responsible for project deliverables through answering What to do, When, Why, How
    • Direct report to Sales Director and Bi-weekly update on total project progress to the full Board of Directors
    • Worked with functions' representatives to devise a detailed project plan, transfer initiatives into an execution plan, and create an effective budget plan
    • Created and maintained comprehensive project documentation
    • In charge of project deployment event/ workshop nationwide
    • Developed a standardized way of working and materials for sales force in all levels to apply nationwide
    • Closely kept track with on-field execution to ensure all activities deployed as planned
    • Developed maintenance model and transferred to Regional Sales Manager in 2021
    3. Achievements
    • Hanoi: Improved distribution level of core product Fresh milk to reach its highest level in the L12M at 36 points (measured by Nielsen)
    • Southeast: Sales growth increased by 35% vs 2019 with significant improvement for key products (+376% growth) in pilot phase
    • Mekong: Sales growth increased by 21% vs 2019 with impressive improvement for key products (+64% growth) in pilot phase

    Participating Youth (VPY) - Head of External Relations

    The 44th Ship for Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program (2017)

    Program for young leaders to promote cultures, economics, social issues within Japan + ASEAN, funded by the Cabinet Office of Japan (valued at $35,000/ participant) with the cooperation of 10 ASEAN country governments.
    Countries visited: Japan, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia.
    Participants: selected from a pool of 2000 applicants nationwide for leadership capability and achievements (Vietnam).

    Responsibilities:
    - Managed a team of 7 members from different strong backgrounds and ages.
    - Planned and directed to deliver sponsorship strategies and tactics.
    - Coordinated with internal teams to design sponsorship benefits.
    - Negotiated with clients for customized packages of values.
    - Took care of some legality issues and contracts signed.
    - Designed reports for sponsors after the program

    Achievements:
    - Successfully raised $60,000 in values with the cooperation of 50 companies within 2 months (Vietnam Airlines, ABC Bakery, Thuduc House, Juno, etc)

    Head of External Relations for YouthSpeak

    Together with Youth 4 Global Goals Movement, this was the first time YouthSpeak to be held in Vietnam for 3000 university students with the aim of promoting 17 Sustainable Development Goals and empowering youths to take actions towards 17 SDGs. The event was planned and implemented within 11 months with the aid of ADB, UNICEFF, VCCI and other 30 corporates and universities.

    Responsibilities:
    - Set up visions and missions of the whole project.
    - Managed a sales team of 7 members from different universities.
    - Worked with other internal teams for finalized proposals and contents.
    - Negotiated with clients for customized benefits.
    - Organized a series of 4 big events in cooperation with UNICEFF and VCCI for 3000 university students in HCMC.

    Achievements:
    Successfully raised $22,000 in cash involving 30 companies, (a 30% increase compared to previous events) as a team, with a personal contribution of $10,000

  • National Winner International Trade Challenge | Vietnam Representative in Asia-Pacific Final Round

    This is an international competition for high school students in 10 countries in the Asia Pacific Region with a view to creating a professional environment for students to develop and to show their knowledge in Economics, especially exporting. This competition give students the opportunity to meet not only students from 10 countries but managers in the leading entrepreneurs as well.

    In this contest, I won the National Round and represented Vietnam to compete in Hongkong in the Asia Pacific Final with other 9 countries. This was the best experience of my school life that I would never forget.
