I have more than 15 years of in software development, with more than 15-year experience as a project leader/ project manager. I am a project manager with good knowledge of techniques. I have more experience working with a customer from Canada, Australia, Vietnam, Arab, Denmark, Switzerland, and Sweden with more knowledge in communication, resolving conflict, risk, planning, controlling, and monitoring.

I achieved Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certificate on 11/2020. the 4th member in Vietnam and one of more than 800 members in the world who has the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification. I have the Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, also I have the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) certificate for .NET 2.0, MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: Web developer), and Pro: Designing and Developing Web Applications Using Microsoft .NET Framework 4. I have more than 15-year experience working with Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban models.

At my organization, I am also responsible for developing strategies, and plans, and implementing training for more than 40 project managers and more than 20 fresher pm. I have done Agile/Scrum training courses for more than 800 members of my organizational

I have experience building organizations and strategies for my organizations. Based on the requirements of the organization, I have researched the market, and competitors, and analyzed the information to propose products and strategies in accordance with the organization's goals and objectives.

My goal in the next 5 years (2021-2026) I will spend effort to learning SAFs (Scaled Agile Frameworks) and improving my knowledge of management, organization operation, and strategy building. In addition, I will complete the MBA (UBIS) course to supplement my knowledge to fulfill my career goals.

    I joined Atoha (the leading project management training provider in Vietnam) from 2020 to now. More than 150 members who want to get PMP and PMI-ACP certifications attended my training courses in Atoha. I also conducted (2 courses in 2021) practical project management training courses for organizations.
    I am responsible for training PMP, PMI-ACP, DASSM exams. My responsibility is to be a trainer for PMP, ACP, and Project Management Practice Training courses for businesses.

    Head of TNS

    TNS is responsible for building an ERP system for the company, as the head of the division, I and the team develop a plan to develop the ERP system, create and manage the resource plan for the ERP team, and coordinate with other departments to build the features of the system, and ensuring the ERP systems are implemented in accordance with the BOD requirements.
    In 2022, we will complete the digitization of most of the company's processes, making it possible for the company to manage all aspects of operations
    TNS is also responsible for building and managing services such as UI/UX design, and resource pool to provide resources for other departments and customers.
    As the head of TNS, my duties:
    - Ensure that the right type and quantity of resources are available and provided to meet the requirements of other departments and customers.
    - Responsible for the financial management (P&L) of the program and the reporting and optimization processes.
    - Organize teams to the highest standards, project discipline, and accountability.
    - Continually improve delivery models and strategies, and implement and manage distribution with affiliate teams.
    - Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues, preventing escalation, if possible. Identify the right solution to achieve customer satisfaction in a timely manner.     Head of PMO

    As Head of PMO, I proposed a training strategy for the company, the strategic focus on building the T letter for development resources, and building a learning culture for the entire members of the company. I and the EDU department are responsible for implementing the training strategy.
    I also proposed building a model for a software development center. I researched and consulted some companies and built the model.

    In addition, I built the project implementation model for major customers according to the program model, ensuring that the projects in a program operate effectively and get the best benefits.
    Members of PMO (project managers) and I directly participated in the implementation of critical projects and the largest projects of the organization

    I was the head of project manager group, also I am the product manager for credit scoring product. I got a request from the board of directors to develop a credit scoring product, I have spent time researching the product, market, and competitors to identify weaknesses, and strengths, I also evaluate the product meets the market demand and proposed a product development plan, including stages, features, resources to build the product.
    I was also the head of the outsource management department. I and the Sales team build sales strategies such as target customers (we focus to banking), KPIs, market needs, and competitors. Based on the sales strategy and target customer, I build the organizational structure, recruitment strategy, and operating methods to ensure the accomplishment of the organization's goals.
    Also I am the head of VDS department. VDS is the biggest customer of the company, we are responsible for producing software for VDS such as “Ứng Lương MB”, “Chuyển Mạch”…

    I am the project manager for all most of the company's important projects such as ECM, LOS, 3DS... The clients I work almost are big customers in Hanoi and Vietnam, including Agribank, Lotte, MSB, BIDV, Vietcombank

    From 2019, I am promoted to head of project management. My duties are:
    - The building, updating, and monitoring of the project management procedure.
    - The building, updating, and monitoring of the contracting procedure. Managing company contracts.
    - A member who initiates the procedures: purchase, debt collection, opportunities management, business account management
    - Monitoring and controlling all projects at the company. make judgments, and assessments, and suggest solutions if the projects encounter problems.
    - Track and support debt collection of business units. Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting department to support and recover debt for the company.
    - Building PM team, and organizing training courses to improve knowledge for PMs.
    - Assign PM to projects based on ability, experience, and skills
    - Coordinate with business units to solve projects with major problems, and projects that are behind schedule.
    When I was a department head, I improved and propose contract management, project management, customer management, and others. My recommendations make business management convenient and efficient, contract signing time reduced from 1 month to 1 week, customer information is effectively managed, and contracts are secure for the company, the projects we implement are effective.
