Masan Nutri-Science, a subsidiary of Masan Group, is Vietnam’s largest fully integrated protein player with 3F Model (Feed - Farm - Food), focus on serving consumers with traceable, high quality, and affordable meat products. As a Procurement Supervisor, I:
- Supervised and implemented Indirect and a part of Direct Procurement activities of 16 factories of Masan Nutri-Science: MNS Animal Feed Factories, MNS Farm Nghe An, and MNS Meat Ha Nam to make sure all things meet to requirements of Production, Maintenance, R&D, and Project Departments.
- Managed all issues or problems relating to Procurement activities that I was in charge of.
- Took responsibility for contract management
- Took responsibility for supplier management to maintain a good relationship with current suppliers and develop the new one for cost-saving and backup.
- Identified and proposed cost-saving opportunities.
- Directly reported to Country Procurement Manager

+ Projects were in charge:
. MNS Meat Ha Nam - New Processing Factory
. All packaging materials for meat products
. Chemicals, lubricants, machines, and facilities for Production.
. CO2 gas and LPG bulk systems.
. Trained 2 buyers who were at the plant for daily tasks
. Project 100: All packaging machines, new packaging for laboratory.
. Upgraded packaging systems for 14 factories to double productivity, reduce 30% workforce.

- Handled all of internal orders between subsidiary companies of Francia Beauty Group.
- Handled all of POSM's purchases.
- Prepared price comparisons for approvals.
- Prepared PO/Contract and followed up with suppliers for on time delivery.
