    • Training & coaching team members the way to approach, negotiate, result oriented mindset. Result: Home Appliance Lazmall MP Local & Retail YoY more than 300%

    • Managing a group of members to drive the performance of Home Appliance: Small, Large & TV.
    • All assortments including exclusive ones must be available on platform (including Local & International brands).

    • Guaranting the assortments from other platforms & offlines
    • In charge of output & input KPIs: sales-out, profit & inventory health.
