Phong, PMP is reporting directly to Head of Agency Initiatives and Productivity to align strategies for developing more than 20.000 agents/year. He is in charge of Initiating, Implementing, Controlling innovative technology systems and training projects that are pioneering in the Insurance Industry; Manage to achieve KPIs of Projects initiated by Agency teams that are linked to sales results.

Data analytics - Look at data to find insights and give recommendations to business
Scheme design: Be in charge of planning for Staff incentive, short-term and long term contests (Compensation, Contest, Incentives...) monthly/quarterly/yearly/ad-hoc) for sales force of General Agency to drive performance thru sales schemes
Program management / Project management with Group levels: Be the connector between Local Business Unit and Group AIA to implement group strategy and govern projects / workstream at group and local levels: New Business Model, sales tool projects
Analyse, develop and implement models, policies and procedures to support sales processes
Monitor Sales achievement, maintain information and insights of sales activities and performance metrics
Coordinate with stakeholders to drive new initiatives of the new business models
Monitor cost, expense and effectiveness of initiatives such as Incentive, Bonus, Contest, Customer Campaigns
Work with different departments and teams to define implementation plan for new strategies
Analyse sales performance for the development of sales plan and forecast

Direct and supervise the project execution during researching, piloting, launching and training phases

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs us
