- Defined sprint goals and deliverables in collaboration with IT Managers, Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, and stakeholders
- Utilized Agile methodologies to execute project management tasks, including stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, demo/retrospective meeting
- Quickly adaptable and responsive to changes in project objectives; Effectively communicated new requirements/urgent bugs fixing from stakeholders, and QA Testers in a timely manner to keep the team focused on deliverables and following Product Roadmap
