• Drove 5.8MM USD cost avoidance post-anti-dumping tax, by facilitating discussions between management and operations to develop a strategic supply plan for sugar and timely ensuring sufficient sugar supply
• Attained 204M USD cost saving for 2022 contract, attributable to close and proactive scrutiny of market price trend, demand – supply situation and global supply chain situation
• Developed strategic plan to liquidate defective sugar, salvaging material waste equivalent to 180M USD by proposing to leadership team, gaining consensus to lead a cross-functional team towards effective implementation

Em cảm ơn anh vì đã dành thời gian quý giá của bản thân chia sẻ những điều có thể rất lâu sau này em mới có thể biết được. 1 tiếng đồng hồ và rất nhiều kiến thức, insights thú vị về ngành, về các công ty được anh cố gắng tập trung truyền tải. Em còn thấy ấn tượng với câu chuyện anh đã từng nhận được sự giúp đỡ từ các anh chị mentor và bây giờ anh rất sẵn lòng give back cho thế hệ sau. Mong rằng những giá trị tích cực này sẽ được lan toả tới nhiều người hơn nữa và em rất mong có cơ hội gặp lại anh ở buổi chia sẻ trong tương lai ạ!

Một giờ được nghe anh sharing khiến em thấy được motivated rấtttt nhiều, anh siêu nhiệt tình và thân thiện luôn ạ. Anh có chia sẻ những kiến thức nền tảng cũng như là những cuốn sách "gối đầu" cho nghề Supply chain. Những gì anh nói đều rất dễ hiểu mà lại cặn kẽ cực kì, siêu nhẫn nại luôn ạ. Em rất hài lòng với buổi sharing, và rất mong có hi vọng được connect với anh một lần nữa <3

Anh Kiên rất thân thiện, cách giải thích vấn đề của anh vừa sáng tạo vừa dễ hiểu. Chỉ 1 tiếng nói chuyện nhưng anh đã giúp mình tháo gỡ nhiều thắc mắc về supply chain. Cảm ơn anh nhiều ạ.

Em cảm ơn anh Kiên rất nhiều vì những giải đáp siêu nhiệt tình cho những câu hỏi của em ạ. Ngoài ra thì anh cũng sharing nhiều thứ mới mẻ và thực tế, cho em có một cái nhìn rõ ràng hơn về nghề procurement. Buổi mentoring 1 tiếng tuy không quá dài nhưng đã giúp em đã nhận được rất nhiều kiến thức và định hình rõ ràng hơn về các hoạt động cần thiết trong quá trình theo đuổi nghề ạ.
