Students who aim to major in International Relations, Politics, Social Studies, Social Work, Humanity and so on can work so well with Thao because those things are her main interests. Besides, Thao is a qualified trainer that are have 3 certificates throughout 3 intensive training as Learning Designer, Learning Activities Designer and Career Guidance Specialist. She works so well with Foundation Modules for students based on her experiences as a professional facilitator, trainer, consultant, and speaker for high-school and college students with diverse topics about personal development, career orientation, resumes, and so on.   

Thao has more than 3 years of experience in social project which is focus on work with disadvantaged young people in the context of Vietnam. In only 2021, Thao won 3 funding for her social project reach to more than $4,000 and organizes 6 education programs reach almost 200 students in her local. As an extrovert person, Thao take role in team leader, external communicator for any project she is in, if your students are looking for a person who experienced in growing a education project at the very beginning (no co-founding members, no cost, no experiences, no mentors) to a project achieved 3 funded cost more than thousand dollars, have a network of professor and experts as mentors, more than 10 talented people working with just in 9 months, Thao is a perfect person for this position. 

Thao has a great academic performance with a 3.52 GPA during her busy time with the social project. Her soft skills in time management, individual working, leadership, and self-learning is great choice for student who is struggling with their personal daily tasks without any rest time. She is interest in research about social movements, politics, local institutions, the education system and civil society. Her reports and research during college focus on these kinds of topic. Besides her experiences with NGOs and NPO, Thao is also taking responsibility in a leading HR Tech company in Vietnam as a Project manager and Partnership. 

Thao is also an instructional designer who focuses on building new training programs for learners aim at specific skills or knowledge. Her strengths are hosting, facilitating, crowdfunding, self-learning can help students to learn life-long learning skills. In 2021, she organize more than 20+ classes in personal development, project coordination, and so on for her mentees and students.  In her free time, she enjoys playing with her hidden talent on producing podcast that reach more than 300 listener/episode. With a Blog 1,800 followers, she also a blogger on personal development for young people.

Thao's tutoring styles is question, question and question. She believes that good question lead to great answer, instead of trying to introduce her mentee what they need to do or judge their work, she focus on asking question such as ''why'', ''how'', ''what'' and ''so what''. Hence, she would be a perfect match with student who difficult on exploring themselves or don't know what they should do, why they must do that or lost of motivation on learning and doing. Extrovert students are a good match for her, she can help them to improve their potentials through personal project to help them be a KOL of their community (which is help them a lot on growing and showing in portfolio). However, introvert students may need Thao's energy to be inspired to tips to be more active. Thao is not a tutor who choose her students, she confident enough wo work with students who neither have their dream or confusing with their purpose in life. 

Thao's working style is a person who always processing whatever she's doing. It also affect the way she work with student, (1) Updating (2) Evaluating (3) Wrap-up and (4) Next steps is a process she want to work with her student. She do not aim to be a babysitter of her mentee, she want to support them, help them to have self-learning skills to do individual work even when they do not have her by sides. However, Thao have experienced on tracking student's progress through documents (Excel, docs,..) and their performance (project, academic) to understand the student's progress to help them in needs. 

Thao's  living in GMT+7 (Vietnam time), she opens slots for even weekend or during the week, student can simply approach and schedule anytime that match for both. The language she can tutor in is Vietnamese and English.
