Hello there, I'm Brian. I'm a production associate of Crystal International Group. My major is Control & Automation Engineering and I had graduated from HCMC University Technology. My favorite quote is “When life changes to be harder, change yourself to be stronger”. I have participated in many projects as well as activities during 4 years in university and until now.
In 2019, I was the founder of a community project name “Tuoi tho em, Tuong lai em” for children with disabilities- this project aims to spread the message of the importance of protecting children from sexual harassment and abuse and it approached more than 20,000 people in the society. I was also the leader of the program “We love HCMUT” which is organized in Tay Ninh province - The program of advisory and career objectives for more than 400 students at Hoang Le Kha high school for the gifted.
In 2020, I became an Embedded Software intern in BOSCH Viet Nam – I assist the Complete Software Team (CSW) in testing and delivering software to applicators for the ABS System in Two-wheeler & Powersports vehicles. Research and organize Connected Mobility Solution client data for over 400 companies in the ASEAN region. In charge of the electrical wiring diagram in the IoT project for the 10th anniversary of the company's founding.
At the early of 2021, I am pleased to have been chosen as one of the 60 outstanding finalists for the Amcham scholarship grant. And now, I'm working as a Production Associate and participated in the Associate Program - Global management trainee of Crystal International Group. I love challenging and exploring things, that is why I always improve to be the best version of myself. I hope my short introduction can help you understand me a little bit.

The 20th AmCham Scholarship 2021
This is the 20th AmCham Scholarship Program. During the last 20 years, the program has been devoted to improving the business environment in Vietnam in general, and the Ho Chi Minh City area in particular, by helping develop high-quality human resources for member companies, as well as helping students develop essential professional working skills.

Đầu tiền em cảm ơn anh rất nhiều vì buổi cố vấn, anh đã chia sẽ và giải đáp nhiều điều em thắc mắc và giúp em có thêm nhiều thông tin để chuẩn bị cho hành trình tới. Management Trainee là một môi trường rất áp lực vì yêu cầu rất nhiều ở ứng viên tham gia, nhưng cũng cho ứng viên cơ hội để phát triển vượt bật hơn những bạn đồng trang lứa bên ngoài khác. Nhờ buổi cố vấn, em cũng hiểu rõ hơn về môi trường ở Crystal Group (môi trường truyền thống, không cởi mở như ở miền Nam song cũng là môi trường tốt giúp mình trưởng thành hơn, rèn luyện bản thân nhiều). Ngoài ra em cũng rất ấn tượng với văn hóa Caring giữa các thành viên, các anh chị CAP và trong công ty anh đã chia sẽ. Em hy vọng trong hành trình thi CAP sắp tới em sẽ học được nhiều điều và cũng hy vọng sẽ có thể hẹn anh 1 lịch meeting không xa nếu em có may mắn được tiến xa hơn.
