Vice President

International Business Club (IBC FTU) is a leading club in logistics and supply chain industries in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:
- Drove the growth strategy and led an organization of 60 members across five departments: ER, HR, Marketing, Organization & Specialization department.
- Held primary accountability for external stakeholder management, including researching suitable partners, defining and gathering sponsor partners’ requirements, negotiating, communicating and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of information.
- Worked in high-pressure environments to maintain responsiveness and provide project status updates promptly.

INTERCHAIN 2022

Vice Head of External Relations

INTERCHAIN is a nationwide contest organized with a view to offering undergraduates with practical experience in different jobs in the field of SCM.

Responsibilities:
- Built the strategic plan and lauched the 1st season of the contest with the Executive Board
- Led the External Relations team of 10 members working on partnership and sponsorship, including sourcing, negotiating, relationship management and solved pop-up problems between external and internal stakeholders.
Accomplishments
- Cooperated with more than 10 top-notch firms such as VN Airlines, Carlsberg, AB InBev, Avery Dennison, GHN, GLI... and more than 40 media partners; gained about 350 milion VND current funding amount and in-kind sponsorship through the pandemic.
- Received satisfactory feedback from the representatives of the firms for customer service, professionalism in organizing, and high specialized quality and project management.
