Learning & Development
- Organise the first L&D program of Lotus Group – Lotus Group Future Leader Training Program 2020: facilitating; supporting trainers in preparing learning documents, presentations…; giving opinions and feedback to lectures;
- Propose, plan and execute further L&D projects: OB Training Renewal, Learning Workshop, Lunch&Learn... (to be executed in 2021).
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Execute full life-circle recruitment for various levels: mass recruitment (Store Staff), executives and middle-level managers (Store Manager/Leader, General Accountant, Assistant Operations Manager…);
- Improve and optimise recruitment process: project “60 days innovating recruitment process”
- Organise a talent internship program: Lotus Group Future Leaders 2020 attracting more than 750 candidates (exceeding 300% initial target) with 14 candidates to be on-board.
- Create contents for different channels: Fanpage Lotus Group Careers, LinkedIn Lotus Group, Website…;

- Execute full life-circle recruiting for GHTK’s non-IT high-level HO/managerial positions;
- Participate in talent acquisition and branding promotion activities (sponsorship, career fairs…);
- Organise talent acquisition & development programs: LEADER UNDER 25, EXPRESS-Overview, MasterDEV.;
Communication & Employer Branding
- Propose ideas to create and develop new channels for the promotion of GHTK’s branding: Facebook Page GHTK NexTalents; GHTK Talent Acquisition website (on progress);

- Involve in researching and development of the product – successfully built a 4-phase Mentoring program for YouthMentor
- Lead a 3-member team to win the first prize of Vietnam Social Innovation Challenge 2018 – National Round
- Launch the first prototype –match a group of 20 Mentors and 30 Mentees together

- Assist Program Officers/UNIDO Country Representative in UNIDO’s day-to-day operational works:
