-Define and drive Investment Product strategies by building a product roadmap to achieve product . Design a digital transformation strategy based on Customer Journey as the driving force.

Digital Lending Project :
• Drive the Credit Card Lending product and operation-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation (At Interest rate, sgement,..)
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans
• Provide training material and sessions for users
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans for example:
+ Support Sale team of 18 staff - mainly focus on selling Installement service of Creditcard , managed whole credit card's installment with interest's policy with monthly revenue up to 1 billion VND and conversion rate is up to 10%.
+ Scope of work included for both leadership roles: product development, data analytics, business analytics, , market research, digital marketing, product marketing, loyalty strategy, sales strategy, sales channel set-up
