Talent Acquisition Manager
FPT Software
• Recruiting new graduates and IT programmers with 1-3 years of experience to participate in rookie training programs and to work at the company’s projects: ~ 1200 Candidate/years
• Organizing communication and recruiting events for the company (35-50 event/years): Company Tour, Seminar, Contest, Talkshow, Techtalk, Career fairs, Webinars, etc.
• Plan and coordinate employer branding events and initiatives to make FSOFT the top employer of choice amongst fresh graduates and tech talents (reach to 30,000 - 50,000 Students/year)
• Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for campus recruiting purposes. Maintain a good working relationship with our key university partners and organizations (50+ University/Colleges/Faculty)
