Participating in the process of recruiting suitable personnel to ensure sufficient resources to fulfill assigned targets.
Detailed planning, coordination of resources, and division of work for members.
Guide, develop training programs and organize regular training to help develop and improve the capacity of employees.

My main job is to work with customers and stakeholders. Elicitation, analyzing requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders to propose technology solutions.
Directly participating as a core BA in projects: VCB DigiBiz, Vietbank, IVB, SCB, BIDC, VietABank...And projects related to Data-driven.
