    1. HR Business Partner (70%)
    - Provide HR guidance when appropriate.
    - Consult HR functional operations (L&D, Operations....) based on business objectives
    - Identify value chain and propose solutions to improve work efficiency
    - Stay current on HR trends to suggest new HR strategies and develop solutions using current best practices in the field.
    - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
    - Stay Interview: Conduct exit interview to identify the issues and propose the solutions to improve the employee experience

    2. Talent Acquisition (30%)
    - Headcount planning: Partner with business unit leaders to identify hiring plan based on business needs
    - Employer Branding: Manage Creatory HR Social Media channels
    - End to end recruitment the key positions
    - Manage onboarding and offboarding process
