- Proposing G-T-M strategy (focus on key account segment)
- Maintaining 2x growth year by year (both personal goal & team's goal)
- Developing, onboarding & maintaining a long-term contract with 200+ enterprises, 10+ VNR500 listed companies.
- Recruiting, training & managing a team of 7 members (from diverse backgrounds & strong brands: Vietcombank, Prudential, PwC, Design Bold,v.v.)
