    - Supervise and mentor the recruitment team (10 members)
    - Weekly and daily meetings with the team and individuals to update news, listen and solve the team’s concerns

    - Source potential candidates through your own referral channels (your social media and professional networks.).
    - Carry out a full circle of the recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, coordination of test/interview procedure, offering, to effective employment for assigned positions.
    - Be responsible for following up and filling vacancies as assigned; ensuring the quality of candidates’ selection to meet JobHopin’s requirements.
    - Track applicant flow, maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, build and maintain a database of candidates.
    - Complete reference checks on selected candidates, when needed.
    - Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers to keep all parties updated on the status of each candidate.
