Ly Ngoc Tram is a responsible mentee, who is enthusiastic about what she does and constantly keen to learn new skills. Being detailed-oriented allows her to persevere through diverse problems and fulfill all of her roles.

  • Top 20 Marketing Arena hold by FTU Creatio Marketing Club x Obagi Medical Vietnam

    Obagi with over 30 years of producing transformational skincare products, the challenge is to help Obagi achieve the top-of-mind brand when it comes to BHA and Retinol. With a group of 3 members, we had done:
    - Conducted market, customer and brand research to identify job-to-be-done for Obagi
    - Designed Integrated marketing and communication plan for the brand

    As an active member, I contribute to 'brand and market research' and 'IMC plan activities'

  • Winning Team - Work Integrated Learning Project RMIT x ZKafe

    ZKafe is a company specializing in producing Expresso capsule. The challenge is to identify ZKafe’s potential buyers and propose IMC plan. Our team with 6 members had done:
    - Conducted primary research: survey and interview
    - Analysed 400+ customer profiles using SPSS and NVivo to generate useful insight
    - Developed 'Get a sip, treat yourself' campaign plan based on collected data

    As a team member, I was in charge of 'Quantitative analysis', 'Surveys and interview' and 'IMC plan ideation'

  • Winning Team - Work Integrated Learning Project RMIT x Don Dien Cosmetic

    Don Dien is a Vietnamese Handmade Cosmetic brand. Changing the focus from B2B to B2C, the challenge's objective is to help Don Dien raise brand awareness among its retail customers. Our team with 6 members had done:
    - Conducted market research & identified target audience insight
    - Designed 'Vẹn tròn tựa thiên nhiên' IMC campaign plan
    - Provided detailed content plan

    As a team member, I was responsible for 'Customer insight', 'Content plan' and "IMC plan ideation'
