I am a goal-oriented person with problem-solving abilities who is not frightened of obstacles in order to raise myself higher. I intend to improve my business analysis abilities in the near future and keep gaining knowledge and experience in order to become a senior within the next four years.

Project-related tasks:
- Company analysis, drafting project-appropriate documents (SRS, BP, FS, FL...),
creating UI/UX using Figma, modeling business processes using diagrams (cross-
functional diagram), and testing the application.
Project participation:
- Participated in Tan Hoang Minh Sales sector project: capacity to model business
processes using diagrams. Writing test cases and testing the application. Every
work was completed on schedule and per the specifications.
- Participated in Project of providing ERP System for Dat Xanh Group - Sales Sector:
BP document writing, FL-FS document writing. Participating in the creation of a
business process diagram. Every work was completed on schedule and per the
specifications.
- Participated in Rang Dong Warranty project: take responsibility of Rang Dong
business analysis, design diagrams, prepare project-related documentation, use
Figma to develop UI/UX... Every work was completed on schedule and per the
specifications. -
