Objectives:
Accumulating strong foundation of Supply Chain feild from university and gaining the international view from the internship give me passion on this major specialized.
On the way to indicate self-career path, I am willing to adapt and contribute to new company concepts to work for deepyly understanding the implementation of Supply Chain models in reality business.
Key Target:
I am very excited about the application of technology in the logistics field in general and the E-commerce market in particular.
With more opportunities to participate in projects, I would like to see myself be upgraded in the ownership skill as well as develop a mindset of making business profit through the operation aspect. Through that journey, I also want to enhance my soft skill of data analysis and expand external relations with dealing with stakeholders.

expectation from Shopee.
• Handling customer and carrier requests, complaints related to delivery service.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of system features with the Product - function to
ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline.
• Controlling the database of compensation amount and guarantee the Reconciliation -
function is recorded accurately.
• Following salesforce ticket and pushing 3PL to keep up with solving customer issues.
• Draw up the internal project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved
parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.
Achievement:
• Dealing with 3PL to get the profitable shipping rates of Express and Eco Service that
leads to increase volume up to 15%.
• Negotiate and finalize the operation terms of the new 3PL contract.

(Handling for garment buyers: GAP, MAST, Carharrt and Polo)

and other payment documents) from merchandise teams.
• Inputing and tracking data on ERP system for internal process.
• Cooperation with Finance team and Logistics divisions in Korea headquarter for
reducing fee throughout payment processes (banking charge).
