- Work on Cross functional projects (Process set up/ improvement) to help platform run seamlessly and sustainably.
- As part of the projects develop and execute strategies and help communicate with relevant stakeholders to help SPX operations even in unexpected situations.
- Key contact point between SPX Departments (Local and Reg.) and Operations Excellence team on those special projects that needs collaboration across teams.
- Lead and manage projects end to end; work with varied stakeholders to achieve its business goals.
Support the team with the development of business project reports.
- Design and build reports and presentation, ensure data integrity and hygiene.
- Work proactively with internal teams (e.g Ops, BI, CX, Product etc.) on assigned projects.
- Adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions.

Responsibilities:
• Track and monitor the 3PL service performance to ensure the delivery service meets the
expectation from Shopee.
• Handling customer and carrier requests, complaints related to delivery service.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of system features with the Product - function to
ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline.
• Controlling the database of compensation amount and guarantee the Reconciliation -
function is recorded accurately.
• Following salesforce ticket and pushing 3PL to keep up with solving customer issues.
• Draw up the internal project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved
parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline.

Achievement:
• Dealing with 3PL to get the profitable shipping rates of Express and Eco Service that
leads to increase volume up to 15%.
• Negotiate and finalize the operation terms of the new 3PL contract.
• Improve 3PL's picking on time performance equivalent to the rate rise 10%.

Direct Responsibilities:
• Ownership of payment process of TT and L/C for fabrics and trims.
(Handling for garment buyers: GAP, MAST, Carharrt and Polo)
• Checking and confirming the shipping documents (Invoices, Packing list, Bill of landing
and other payment documents) from merchandise teams.
• Inputing and tracking data on ERP system for internal process.
• Cooperation with Finance team and Logistics divisions in Korea headquarter for
reducing fee throughout payment processes (banking charge).
• Tracking and ensure order and payment data in Hansae Supply Chain system, ERP
system and Korea Tax System are matching.

Expand responsibilities:
• Weekly report of forecasting the amount of payment
• Following up the shipment from the suppliers to the factories in Viet Nam.

Supply planning Executive

Direct Responsibilities:
• Ownership of daily & weekly labelling and packing plans of brand Eucerin and Nivea.
Tracking and coordiante with service party, warehouses, co-packer and Logistics to fulfill
the plans that meet the commercial department demand.
• Packing guideline & POSM inventory controlling. Follow the delieveries and orderings
from suppliers as well as the clearance of POSM from internal contacts. Coordinate with
Marketing, Shopper Customer Management and Procurement department for smooth
operation.
• Packing cost control and report.
• Maintain masterdata of Demand & Supply planning workflow in SAP system.
• Achieve the Supply Chain department service level.

Expand responsibilities:
• Alert demand & supply planners about stock situation.
• Tracking & alert requirement documents (CFS and MOH certificate) before imported
products arriving to warehouse.
