Key Account cum Project Management – GrabFood

● Managed a portfolio of 100+ key account F&B business owers. Conducting clients meeting & consulting on sales performance.
● Co-led strategic sales acceleration project for Northern key accounts: building new local heroes by creating promo code P&L simulation & testing sales forecast hypothesis, therefore increasing outlets’ revenue by 60% within the first model pilot week.
● Project champion: Crafting promo schemes & monitoring platform's biggest annual commercial campaigns (Super Sales 11.11,
Mega Sale, Christmas, New Year, etc) achieving +10% ~ 30% revenue uplift & +30% ~ 50% number of merchants involved.

● Recommended solutions and directly executed to create 4x revenue growth (3k$ to 12k$ monthly) of a multi-outlet Korean food brand within 4 months (Awarded Top 3 Fastest Growing Merchants H1/2021 North Region), and the 10x growth in daily order

● Oversaw the 11.11 Lazada Super Sale of the flagship store, prepared report on sales volume & value, A2C and conversion rate for the campaign. Hit 65 million VND in sales in 1 day, exceeding 130% of the sales volume target.
● Supervised media agencies in creating & managing ads, Facebook CPAS and instant experiences while coordinating with e-commerce agency to manage the Lazada flagship store including promotion policies, lorikeet designs, purchase orders, and distributor’s stock managing.
