- Contacted HR Leaders (HR Directors, HR Managers) from many industries to share the VNHR Book project and ask them to contribute a story to this book by sharing their HR experience.
- Acted as key contact point between author and editorial team to get agreement on the final version.

OpenEdu Website (IPL Graduation project)

Content Project Leader

OpenEdu is an online knowledge portal to help people to self-study and self-unleash themselves with global knowledge anywhere, anytime without any barriers of time, place, language, or cost.
Main responsibilities:
- Planned timeline for content building and posting on the website.
- Delegated tasks for project members, kept track of the timeline, and ensured all content was posted on time and concisely.

Main responsibilities:
- Hold AIESEC Leadership Day event and selection rounds.
- Manage and develop team members.
- Assess candidates during recruitment process.

- Newbie retention rate after 6 months: 95 %.

Talent Induction 2013
Title: Organizer
Main responsibilities:
- Hold first training to equip newbies with basic AIESEC knowledge.
- Build and implement Buddy system which supported newbies.
- Cooperate with Vice Presidents of other functions to conduct Functional training which provided newbies with necessary functional knowledge.
Achievement:
- Attendee satisfaction of first training, buddy system program and functional training program were 70.15/100, 70.2/100, 80.7/100 respectively.
