accumulated registered users.
- Strategy planning: Spearheaded fiscal year agent network business plan by working
with 6 partner teams.
- Partner acquisition and retention: Led Partnership, Operation, and Financial teams to
build a new price tier model/policy and handled crucial issues to drive TPV growth 1.5x
MoM.
- User acquisition and retention: Led Growth & Marketing, Product, Data, Partnership,
Operation, and Financial teams to build-test-optimize a new schema for acquisition and
retention from Momo e-wallet registered to agent network users.
- Coordinated to build and optimize agent network features in Momo apps.

- Execution strategy planning: Based on 2019 BOD’s business strategy, broke down
execution strategy for whole company operations and led 5 teams directly.II. TrueMoney was one of the first fintech companies in Vietnam to focus on Agent
