ERP Business Analyst Manager

Providing business process and business intelligence IT solutions, and conducting business process analysis, design & configure, test and deploy systems modules and enhancements to meet current and future business requirements. Working closely with partner consulting resources supporting stores chain operations to provide high level of services.
-Provide high quality IT solutions for stores chain business functions using LS NAV Applications.
-Perform analysis, design, development, testing and implementations of LS NAV Applications enhancements and projects.
-Partner with managed service partner to provide high level of support services for Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, and Distribution business processes.
-Provide hands on expertise in the specification and configuration of LS Retail & NAV modules i.e. POS,Member, Offers, Order Management, Inventory Management, Distribution, Shipping, Procurement & Receiving.
-Develop systems requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

ERP Project Manager

- Participate in customer requirements gathering then solution design & development on Microsoft Dynamics ERP, LS Retail and Cadena HRM Series based on customer’s requirements
- Prepares project internal and external documentations
- Perform solution and product trainings for customer
- Receive, handle and support customer enquiries
- Work together with Sales team to provide product demonstration as well as other pre-sales activities
- Report to Project Manager/Leader
- Participate in system design, functional setup and data migration processes
- Guide & support customer in Testing and validating solutions
