    - Conducted strategic planning by analyzing key bottlenecks and drivers regarding previous project’s term, formulating strategies and metrics for project development and differentiation, building timeline, budget,... attaining a 65% increase in youth engaging in project compared to previous term;
    - Delegated and supervised project scopes, resulting in 509/ 390 university student’s engagement with a 91.32% satisfaction score, as well as a partnership with Lazada as co-host;
    - Managed a team of 8 managers, comprising a total of 74 personnel, to organize an Award Night, achieving a satisfaction score of 94.73% from attendees;
