    Building an Internal AI Assistant

    The project aims to leverage the natural language processing capabilities of Large Language Models (LLM) by providing them with additional information about the specific domains we want to exploit.

    In this case, the project is specifically focused on building a Company Internal AI Assistant that possesses the ability to answer questions about the company's policies and business knowledge. The Assistant would be able to help employees easily research internal textual information using natural language.

    Labor Market Analysis (Data Collected from Job-Listing-Sites)

    In this project, I've used 2 Python libraries: Selenium & BeautifulSoup to surf the web & collect data from job-listing-sites (I’ve succeed with CareerBuilder & will continue with others like Vietnamworks, Indeed, Google Jobs,…).

    The data collected is then analyzed for the purpose of answering these questions (for the logistics industry specifically):
    - What jobs are currently in high demand?
    - Are there any direct competitors currently hiring?
    - What is the salary norm of the market?

    Survey about Mental Health & Stress status of ITL Employees

    The survey was conducted for measuring the status of Mental Health and Stress of ITL employees in August 2023.

    The survey was conducted on both employees and managers using two different versions:
    1. Version for JG5 and below: Employees rating their status.
    2. Version for JG6 and above: Managers evaluate the status of their employees.
