I started out simply curious about how people and businesses connect across borders. That curiosity turned into a career - and today, as Founder & CEO of Investy, I build bridges between Vietnam and Korea at the intersection of business, culture, and talent.
Over the past few years, I’ve helped 30+ Korean startups land and localize in Vietnam, while enabling 100+ top Vietnamese talents to access opportunities in Korea’s innovation economy. Along the way, I’ve partnered with accelerators and institutes like Incheon CCEI, Gangwon CCEI, Jeonbuk CCEI, and KIST, turning cultural insight into execution power.
But beyond the numbers, what drives me is a belief: talent knows no borders. Growing up between different worlds, I’ve learned how powerful it is when ideas, people, and markets collide — and how much potential is unlocked when we lower the barriers between them.
