I am responsible for positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and aligning the sales and marketing objectives to ensure they can work efficiently to generate opportunities. I am with a team of five members who involve in implementing the most profitable plans to promote the company's products, such as bonds, funds, bancassurance, CD Bao Loc, and term deposits.

    Citibank Vietnam

    - Partnering with regional and local Data Analytics teams and marketing teams to successfully implement automation triggers offers of Citibanking and Citigold to credit cardholders base with the aim to increase the cross-selling ratio.
    - Achieve 11% digital acquisition contribution in total acquisitions for Citigold in 2020 - 11% incremental compared with 2019’s results (11% v.s 1%).
    - Lead client appreciation events for the Citigold segment in HCM and Hanoi to strengthen client engagement.
