- Making plans and strategies to operate and manage the Event Organizing team consisting of 8 people.
- Conducting training sessions about event organizing & leadership for members of the association.

Member of Project Operation Department
- Executed various events' content, finance & logistics, delegation plans, and directly took care of 8 guest speakers.
- Led 6 events in total with various formats (webinar, workshop, career fair), has a total of more than 3200 registrations, 1700 attendees, and an NPS of over 9.
- Achieved "Excellent Member Of The Month" Award.

- Successfully called for PR support from over 10 media sites (online newspapers brands and Facebook pages).
