- Accountable for CPS (critical path schedule) so that the projects finish on time and no delays on Start of Production/ Shipment caused because of artwork
- End-To-End management of Artwork Projects for Professional Business Unit; Initiating and owning artwork meetings to address, resolving or escalating issues for decision
within Initiative team and with external business partners.
- Ensuring KPIs (speed of artwork creation, no Quality Incidents, correct inputs) are reached
- System owner of Final Artwork rejection process (DMS) – Weekly process established to enable faster root-cause and timely action plan build to have 100% Right-the-first time artworks.
Achievement: Increase Artwork Right-the-first-time percentage from 50% to 75% after 6 months leading the process.
