-Coordinate production process and material management
-Develop a monthly production plan based on inventory standards and adjust it effectively to ensure sufficient finished goods.
-Plan and order raw materials according to inventory standards, constantly monitoring and regulating stock levels to meet production demand.
-To be main contact window, control smoothly all daily OEM-related works by SAP.
-Administer annual co-packing contracts and appendices, keeping track of monthly expenses for co-packing.
-Address and troubleshoot any production-related problems and maintain product quality at OEM, overseeing goods delivery and returns.

-Create both short-term and long-term production plans including weekly and monthly projections
-Regularly assess production, sales, and delivery conditions to promptly adjust production plans as needed.
-Develop delivery schedules and oversee inventory levels at Distribution Centers ensuring safety stock and timely delivery during peak periods.
-Forecast and evaluate high or low inventory situation to take timely measures to avoid shortages or high inventories, incurring costs.

-Undertake various projects such as determining stock levels for all SKUs nationwide,
